These may very well be ugly faces, but this is how we felt when we realized this week that we were not receiving inquiries sent through our blog properly.

We have fixed the problem, and have a request to make: If you have tried to contact us via the “contact” form on our blog (not our website), PLEASE try writing us again.

We take communication with our couples and clients very seriously and pride ourselves on being accessible and prompt. If you’ve written us at anytime via our blog and have not received a response, we guarantee that we did not receive your e-mail. Again, if The Rasers went silent on you, we apologize–we’ve addressed the glitch, mail is now flowing through, so please try us again. Thanks so much, and sorry for any inconvenience!
