So, this past weekend was my (Derren’s) birthday, and we had the privilege of being able to celebrate it with my family in Kansas City. Lisa made the most amazing chocolate layer cake I have ever seen (and eventually inhaled), and we decorated my parents house with all sorts of fun home-made decorations. After having dinner at one of our favorite KC dinner spots we headed back to the house for games, dessert, and lots of fun with the photo booth that we set up in my parents’ living room. It was an amazing way to celebrate one more year of life, and I feel fortunate to have such an amazing wife and loving family. We are blessed! Here are a few fun moments from our weekend.
