The Ellisons chose the beautiful La Jolla, CA resort of La Estancia as the location for their family shoot a few weeks ago. Part of the reason they chose this spot was because they were married here about a year and a half ago. The grounds are incredible–winding walkways lined with immaculate gardens of succulents and native plants, and tucked away around every corner is a quaint little courtyard, a wonderful little arched doorway, or a seemingly secret little room. We actually spent a lot of time shooting in the small grassy courtyard where Josh and Alli had their wedding ceremony. We had so much fun hanging out with Josh, Alli, Tatum and Kayte–it was a beautiful day with a beautiful family, what more can I say. We hope you enjoy these moments that we captured!
