We met Kristina and Andrew in the beautiful little Northern CA costal town of Trinidad (one of our favorite spots in Humboldt County). It’s one of the most picturesque spots in the area, and we had so much fun exploring the little storefronts and hiking down the rugged path to the local beach together. Andrew and Kristina were both so relaxed and fun to be with, and we can’t wait to shoot their Humboldt County wedding later this year! Enjoy!

We first met Naomi & Eric almost 3 years ago at a wedding we were capturing out in Illinois (Brittany & Travis’s beautiful Latzer Homestead wedding). They had come all the way out from their home in Napa, CA to be there, we had a chance to connect with them throughout the day and we hit it off with them immediately. Since then, little did we know that they had been keeping us in mind all this time, and when they got engaged this past Fall we were so surprised and excited when they contacted us about being there with them to tell the story of their wedding day! In addition to being so relaxed and fun to be around, Naomi & Eric are also super creative entrepreneurs! Naomi has just opened up the most amazing little new/used bookshop in downtown Napa (www.napabookmine.com) — it is so cute, the next time you’re in Napa you MUST go — and Eric is a Napa winemaker. We met them at their bookstore to start their session and then had so much fun exploring all the different and beautiful little nooks and spaces of downtown Napa together. We are so thrilled to have had our images from Matt & Deena’s beautiful high-rise wedding in downtown Chicago featured on Style Me Pretty this past Friday! Capturing this whole day, including the ceremony, reception and portraits on the the 66th, 67th and 103rd floors of the Willis Tower (respectively) was so much fun, and we’re excited to be able to share it all with you again. Head over to SMP to take a look at the full gallery! Good morning and happy start of Spring to you all! We’re really excited to share this one because it was an extra special session for us. We met Mike at a wedding in Kansas City a couple of years ago that we were both capturing — us the photos, and Mike the video. Mike is a super talented cinematographer/story teller and he creates amazing wedding films and commercial work! We loved Mike and Lauren both from the moment that we met them, and we were so excited and honored when Mike contacted us earlier this year to let us know that he and Lauren were engaged and they wanted us to be there to help document their wedding day! What makes this session extra special though, is that Mike & Lauren decided that they didn’t just want an engagement session, they wanted to have an adventure together. So, they purchased plane tickets, packed their bags, and flew all the way from Kansas City out to San Francisco to meet up with us to explore SF together. Our time together only made it more clear what a really special couple these two are, and we had such an amazing time with them during their trip! We hope you enjoy some of our favorite moments from our adventures together–we can’t wait to capture their wedding day in KC this Fall! Enjoy! There were so many beautiful and memorable things about this unique wedding celebration. Family members literally came from all over the globe in order to be with Minmyo and Jon, and their love for their friends and family was a powerful undercurrent in everything that they did and planned for this day. Everyone enjoyed the amazing natural beauty of the venue that they chose as Minmyo and Jon spent the day honoring their loved ones and celebrating this special moment together. We had so much fun being with them and documenting this day and we hope you enjoy this peek at some of our favorite moments!
